To: Whom it may concern, We entered the laser business in 2002 and are currently running 9 Trumpf lasers 24 / 7. We have always ran Trumpfs Tops software package. Our business continues to grow on an annual basis. I’m a real hands on guys and I personally touch 90% of all quotes before they are sent to the customer. For years our biggest challenge was ALWAYS getting jobs nested and back to sales for quoting purposes.
